Nicola Peltz

Nicola Anne Peltz Beckham (née Peltz) is an American actress born on January 9, 1995. She is best known for her roles as Katara in the fantasy adventure film The Last Airbender (2010), Bradley Martin in the A&E drama-thriller series Bates Motel (2013–2015), and Tessa Yeager in the film Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014).

Peltz Beckham was born in Westchester County, New York. She is the daughter of American billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz and model Claudia Heffner. She has one sister, six brothers—including Will Peltz—and two half-siblings from her father's previous marriages. Her father is a devout Jew, and his sons had a bar mitzvah, though her mother never converted to Judaism.

She made her film debut as Mackenzie in the Christmas comedy Deck the Halls in 2006. The following year, she appeared in a Manhattan Theatre Club production of Blackbird. In 2008, she co-starred as Becki in the comedy film Harold and appeared in the music video for Miley Cyrus's single "7 Things." Two years later, she portrayed Katara in M. Night Shyamalan's The Last Airbender.

In 2013, Peltz Beckham began starring as Bradley Martin, a love interest for the young Norman Bates, in the main cast of Bates Motel. She departed the main cast after the second episode of the second season, but returned as a guest star for the final three episodes of the third season. In 2014, she starred as Tessa Yeager in the fourth Transformers film, Transformers: Age of Extinction, and appeared as Kate Miller in the teen drama film Affluenza.

In October 2015, Peltz Beckham walked the runway for Alexander Wang's final fashion show for Balenciaga at Paris Fashion Week. She then played Annie Gleason in the dark comedy film Youth in Oregon (2016) and appeared in the music video for Zayn Malik's single "It's You." She was cast as Chrissy Monroe in the Hulu drama series When the Street Lights Go On, which was based on a Black List script of the same name.

Her career continued with roles in Alex Pettyfer's directorial debut Back Roads, the sci-fi film Our House, and the 2019 drama The Obituary of Tunde Johnson, in which she co-starred as Marley Meyers. In 2020, she portrayed Felicity in the romantic comedy Holidate. In 2024, she released her feature-film directorial debut, Lola, which she co-starred in opposite Virginia Madsen, and the critically panned film was sold to Vertical Entertainment.

In her personal life, she was in a relationship with model Anwar Hadid from 2017 to 2018. She announced her engagement to Brooklyn Beckham on July 11, 2020, and they were married in Palm Beach, Florida, in a Jewish ceremony on April 9, 2022. After adopting a dog in October of that year and encouraging fans to adopt or foster animals, the couple received a PETA 2022 award as a Pawsome Adoption Advocate. She and her brother Will Peltz also share rib tattoos, with hers reading "family first" in Yiddish.
