Ella Beatty

Ella Beatty is an American actress who works in television, film, and theater. She first gained television visibility in 2024 and subsequently expanded her career into feature films and stage performances.

Born on April 8, 2000, Beatty is the youngest of four children born to actors Annette Bening and Warren Beatty. She pursued formal training in the performing arts and graduated with a degree in drama from the Juilliard School in 2022.

Beatty made her screen acting debut in 2024 with a recurring role in the Ryan Murphy anthology series Feud: Capote vs. The Swans, broadcast on FX on Hulu. In the drama, she portrayed Kerry O'Shea, who is depicted as the surrogate daughter of author Truman Capote.

In addition to her television work, Beatty made her Broadway debut in 2024. She joined the cast of Branden Jacobs-Jenkins' play Appropriate as a replacement actor, taking over the role of River Rayner from Elle Fanning.

Beatty continued her stage work in 2025 by performing off-Broadway at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater. In the Lincoln Center Theater production of Henrik Ibsen's play Ghosts, she portrayed the flirtatious maid Regina Engstrand.

That same year, Beatty made her feature film debut in the A24 drama If I Had Legs I'd Kick You. Directed by Mary Bronstein, the project premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.
