Singer-songwriter and actor Dominic Fike officially released his newest single, "Pangea," on October 21, continuing the rollout for his highly anticipated full-length studio album, "How To Quit Smoking." The track arrived alongside an original music video directed by Reed Bennett and Kevin Abstract, which was shot from a flying seaplane over Vancouver while Fike was touring through the city. To accompany the launch, Fike also introduced the Separate Street Network, a 24/7 digital streaming platform launched directly on his official website.
"Pangea" serves as the latest preview of Fike's new project, "How To Quit Smoking," scheduled for worldwide release on October 30. The single release coincides with a period of notable chart momentum for the Florida-born musician. Just days after dropping the new track, Fike achieved his first career top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 with "Babydoll," an early fan-favorite composition originally released in 2018 that recently experienced a massive viral resurgence across social media platforms before crossing over to mainstream radio success.
Fike is currently headlining his extensive "Comedy Tragedy Parody" Tour, which has taken him across major venues in North America throughout the autumn months. The tour highlights a career trajectory that began with home-recorded SoundCloud demos while under house arrest, leading to his breakthrough debut EP, "Don't Forget About Me, Demos." Since then, Fike has earned widespread critical recognition, collaborating with high-profile figures such as Paul McCartney and Justin Bieber, while expanding his repertoire into acting with his acclaimed performance as Elliot in HBO's hit drama series "Euphoria."
Following previous acclaimed studio releases such as "Sunburn" and "14 Minutes," Fike's current era reflects a period of heightened creative output. As he prepares to unveil "How To Quit Smoking" at the end of October, the singer is scheduled to expand his "Comedy Tragedy Parody" Tour internationally in early 2027, with high-profile dates lined up at prestigious venues like London's Alexandra Palace as his global fanbase continues to grow.
