In July 2024, Hyunjin and his bandmates renewed their contracts with JYP Entertainment. Alongside group activities, he co-hosted the music show Show! Music Core from February 2019 to February 2021, made a cameo appearance in the web series A-Teen 2, and joined KBS's project group Bbangbbangz.

Hyunjin serves as a songwriter, vocalist, rapper, and dancer for Stray Kids, contributing to tracks such as "DLMLU" and "Cover Me." He has also released solo music through the group's SKZ-Record/Player project, including tracks like "Little Star," "Ice Cream," and "Love Untold," which were included on the 2022 compilation album SKZ-Replay. Outside of Stray Kids, he featured on a remix of Troye Sivan's song "Rush" in August 2023 and collaborated with D4vd on the track "Always Love" in June 2025.
