Creed-Miles was born on 5 February 2000 in Barnet, England. She is the daughter of actors Charlie Creed-Miles and Samantha Morton. For her education, Creed-Miles attended Bedales, an English boarding school.
Her acting career began in 2007 with her debut appearance as a Shirley Temple impersonator in the film Mister Lonely, directed by Harmony Korine. Ten years after her first role, she returned to film acting when she was cast in Clio Barnard's film Dark River. In 2018, Creed-Miles starred as the lead in two separate films produced by Open Palm Films, titled Pond Life and Undercliffe.
From 2019 to 2021, Creed-Miles played the titular character in the Amazon Prime series Hanna.
