Soojin

Seo Soo-jin, known mononymously as Soojin, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and rapper. Born on March 9, 1998, she is best known as a former member of the South Korean K-pop girl group (G)I-dle, which she joined under Cube Entertainment in 2018. During her time with the group, she served as a main dancer and vocalist, contributing to the group's early commercial success and critical recognition in the South Korean music industry.

Prior to her debut with (G)I-dle, Soojin trained at a dance academy and attended Korea Arts High School. She was initially part of the pre-debut lineup for the girl group Vividiva under the stage name N.Na before leaving the agency. In 2016, she joined Cube Entertainment and featured as a masked dancer in music videos for artist Soyeon before formally debuting as a member of (G)I-dle with their first extended play, I Am, in May 2018.

Soojin officially parted ways with (G)I-dle in August 2021 and subsequently ended her contract with Cube Entertainment in March 2022. Following a hiatus from the entertainment industry, she signed an exclusive contract with BRD Communications in late 2023. She officially launched her solo career on November 8, 2023, with the release of her debut solo extended play, Agassy, which featured a title track of the same name.
