Born in Bangkok, Thailand, on October 23, 1997, she developed an interest in music at an early age, learning to play piano and taking vocal lessons. She attended Wattana Wittaya Academy and studied at Grammy Vocal Studio in Thailand before moving to South Korea in 2015 after successfully auditioning for Cube Entertainment.
Minnie gained international recognition as a member and main vocalist of the South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE, which officially debuted in May 2018 with the extended play I Am. Beyond group vocal performances, she has actively contributed to the group's discography as a songwriter and composer, co-writing and composing tracks for various albums. Her acting career began in 2021 when she starred in the Netflix original comedy sitcom So Not Worth It.
