Margarita Levieva

Margarita Vladimirovna Levieva is a Russian-American performer known for her acting roles across television, film, and theater. Her most prominent roles include Annie Newton in the movie The Invisible, Abby Parker in the drama series The Deuce, Mother Koril in Star Wars: The Acolyte, and Heather Glenn in Daredevil: Born Again.

Born in Russia to a Russian Jewish family, Levieva's grandmothers both lived through the World War II siege of Leningrad as children. She started practicing rhythmic gymnastics when she was three years old. At the age of 11, she relocated to the United States alongside her mother and twin brother, settling in Brooklyn, New York. Although accepted into a performing arts high school for dance, she completed high school in New Jersey before attending New York University. She graduated a year early with a double major in economics and psychology alongside several minors, balancing her studies while working as a full-time fashion buyer.

Levieva started her professional acting career in 2005 with a guest role on Law & Order: Trial by Jury. Shortly after, she landed roles in the television drama Vanished as well as several feature films, including Noise, Billy's Choice, and The Invisible.

Throughout her career, Levieva has appeared in numerous feature films. Her work includes roles in comedy and drama projects such as Spread, Adventureland, The Lincoln Lawyer, For Ellen, James White, Sleeping with Other People, The Diary of a Teenage Girl, It Happened in L.A., and the 2019 independent production Inherit the Viper.

Her stage work includes playing a role in the theatrical production The Retributionists in 2009, the same year she made her debut on Broadway in Impressionism. Her early television appearances also include guest roles on series such as How to Make it in America and Kings.

Levieva secured major television roles in the 2010s, portraying a recurring character on the ABC drama Revenge and playing college student Abby Parker on the HBO series The Deuce. She later starred as Jenny Franklin in the single-season Netflix production In From the Cold. Her more recent projects include portraying Mother Koril in the 2024 series Star Wars: The Acolyte and playing love interest Heather Glenn in the 2025 Marvel series Daredevil: Born Again.

In her personal life, Levieva was linked with actor Sebastian Stan in 2014. She welcomed a child in May 2022 and later shared that she had given birth to a son.
