On television, Cibrian went on to play rising poker star Eddie Towne in Tilt and Everglades park ranger Russell Varon in Invasion. Following the cancellation of Vanished after nine aired episodes, the remaining produced episodes were released on Myspace. In 2007, he was cast in the unaired pilot for Football Wives.

Cibrian subsequently took on guest spots on Samantha Who?, Dirty Sexy Money, Ugly Betty, and Criminal Minds. Cibrian was later added to the cast of Rosewood in 2016 as Captain Ryan Slade, and starred as private investigator Eddie Valetik on Take Two in 2018.
