Jinkee Pacquiao

Jinkee Capeña Jamora-Pacquiao, widely known as Jinkee Pacquiao, is a Filipina media figure, socialite, former local official, and film producer. She gained widespread public recognition as the wife of professional boxer and politician Manny Pacquiao. Beyond her public profile, she has also been involved in regional politics and commercial film production.

She was born Jinkee Jamora on January 12, 1979, in General Santos, Philippines. Her parents are Nestor Jamora, who originated from Kiamba, Sarangani, and Rosalina Capeña, who was born in Silago, Southern Leyte.

Before entering public life, Jamora worked as a shop assistant. During this period, she met Manny Pacquiao, and the couple married in 1999. Together, they have five children.

Pacquiao entered politics in 2013 when she launched a campaign for the vice governorship of Sarangani province in Mindanao. Her decision to run emerged after her husband faced a dilemma in choosing between two allies who were both seeking his endorsement for the office. Running under the United Nationalist Alliance banner, she won the position in the May 2013 elections.

She served a single term as vice governor from 2013 to 2016. Following the conclusion of her tenure in 2016, Pacquiao chose to step down from political life to direct her attention toward her family and business ventures.

In addition to her political and public roles, Pacquiao engaged briefly with the entertainment industry. She worked as a film producer, contributing to documentary projects focused on her husband as well as several commercially successful feature films. Her life was also depicted in popular culture, notably when actress Bea Alonzo portrayed her in the 2006 biographical film Pacquiao: The Movie.
