Jimin

Park Ji-min, known mononymously as Jimin, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and dancer. He gained international recognition after debuting in 2013 as a vocalist and dancer for the South Korean boy band BTS, managed by Big Hit Music.

As a member of BTS, Jimin contributed to multiple hit group releases alongside several solo tracks within the band's catalog, including Lie, Serendipity, and Filter. He co-wrote and released solo digital singles such as Promise in 2018 and Christmas Love in 2020, and collaborated on the soundtrack duet With You for the television drama series Our Blues in 2022.

Jimin officially debuted as a solo recording artist in March 2023 with his extended play Face. The project reached number two on the US Billboard 200 album chart, while its lead single, Like Crazy, debuted at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. In July 2024, he followed up with his second solo studio album, Muse, featuring the main single Who.

Born in Busan, South Korea, Jimin studied contemporary dance during his youth before joining Big Hit Entertainment as a trainee. Throughout his career with BTS, he has been recognized with awards including South Korea's Hwagwan Order of Cultural Merit.
