Courtney Eaton

Courtney Jane Eaton is an Australian actress and model. She is best known for making her acting debut as Cheedo the Fragile in the post-apocalyptic action film Mad Max: Fury Road and for her performance as young Lottie Matthews in the thriller drama television series Yellowjackets. She has also appeared in feature films such as Gods of Egypt and Parachute.

Eaton was born on 6 January 1996 in Bunbury, Western Australia. Her father, Stephen Eaton, is a European-Australian IT consultant, while her mother is a New Zealander of Chinese, Cook Island, and Māori descent. She grew up with a younger brother and attended Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School.

Eaton was discovered at the age of 11 by Christine Fox, head of Vivien's Models, at a fashion graduation. Fox signed Eaton and prepared her to begin modelling at age 16. As part of her development in modelling, Eaton participated in an acting workshop led by Myles Pollard.

She auditioned in Sydney for Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) and secured the role of Cheedo the Fragile, the youngest of Immortan Joe's five wives. In December 2013, Eaton was cast under Alex Proyas' direction in the fantasy action film Gods of Egypt (2016). She played Zaya, a slave girl and love interest to Brenton Thwaites' character, appearing alongside Gerard Butler and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.

Eaton later expanded her feature film work, starring alongside Ross Lynch in the fantasy-comedy Status Update, announced in May 2016, and co-starring with Aaron Eckhart in the 2019 action thriller Line of Duty. In December 2019, she was cast in a recurring role as teenage Lottie in the Showtime series Yellowjackets, having initially auditioned for the role of Shauna. Eaton was subsequently promoted to a series regular for the show's second season.

In 2024, Eaton starred with Thomas Mann in Brittany Snow's directorial debut drama, Parachute. In April 2025, author Kathleen Glasgow confirmed that Eaton and her Yellowjackets co-star Sophie Nélisse had purchased the film rights to Glasgow's book, Girl In Pieces.

Eaton released her debut five-track extended play, Hush, in September 2025. Produced by Tobias Jesso Jr. and distributed through DistroKid, the record includes the song Growing Pains, which was featured over the end credits of Parachute.

Eaton relocated to the United States in 2015 and resides in Los Angeles. She previously dated footballer Callum Richardson from 2013 to 2015 and her Status Update co-star Ross Lynch from 2015 to 2017, and was also in relationships with actor Nicholas Galitzine and cinematographer Spencer Goodall. Eaton is a former vegan.
