Shin Yu-na

Shin Yu-na, known mononymously as Yuna, is a South Korean singer, dancer, rapper, and actress. Born on December 9, 2003, in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, she gained widespread recognition as a member of the South Korean girl group ITZY, formed under JYP Entertainment. Shin developed an interest in performing at a young age and was scouted by a talent agent while attending a music festival. She completed her education at Hanlim Multi Art School, graduating from the Department of Practical Dance in February 2022.

Before her formal music debut, Shin made an appearance in the BTS video project Love Yourself Highlight Reel in 2017. In January 2019, JYP Entertainment unveiled her as a member of their new five-member girl group, ITZY. The group officially debuted in February 2019 with the release of their single album IT'z Different and its lead single Dalla Dalla, which achieved immediate commercial success. As the youngest member of ITZY, Shin has contributed to the group's subsequent studio albums, extended plays, and worldwide concert tours.

Shin expanded her career into solo endeavors in 2026. In March 2026, she released her debut solo extended play, titled Ice Cream, marking her official debut as a solo musical artist. Alongside her musical work, she began acting, making appearances in South Korean television drama series such as Undercover Miss Hong. She continues to be active in both group activities with ITZY and her individual entertainment projects.
