Kiana Madeira

Kiana Madeira is a Canadian actress who gained widespread recognition for her primary roles in high-profile streaming projects. She is well known for portraying Moe in the Netflix drama series Trinkets and for starring as Deena in the Fear Street horror film trilogy, which premiered on the same platform.

Madeira was born on November 4, 1992, in Toronto, Ontario, and spent her childhood in Mississauga, Ontario. Her passion for performing developed early in her childhood when she was five years old, inspired by John Travolta's performance in the 1978 movie Grease.

To pursue her professional acting aspirations, Madeira relocated to the United States in 2017, though she maintains strong ties to her home country and visits her family in Canada regularly.

Her career expanded significantly when she secured the lead role of Deena in the Fear Street trilogy in February 2019. The three films were subsequently released on Netflix in July 2021. Following this success, announcements in June 2021 revealed that she was cast alongside Ross Butler in the romantic action feature Perfect Addiction.
