Bae

Bae Jin-sol, known professionally by the mononym Bae, is a South Korean singer and dancer. She is best known as a vocalist and performer in the South Korean girl group NMIXX, which was created by SQU4D, an in-house division of JYP Entertainment. Born on December 28, 2004, in Yangsan, South Korea, Bae developed an interest in music and live performance at a young age. She completed her high school education at the Hanlim Multi Art School in Seoul, specializing in entertainment and practical arts.

Bae entered JYP Entertainment after being street-cast by a scout during her middle school years. Following a multi-year training period, she participated in company trainee showcases before being announced as the fifth member of NMIXX in October 2021. She made her official debut on February 22, 2022, with the release of the group's single album Ad Mare, featuring the lead track O.O. Known for her distinct vocal tone and versatile stage presence, she established her role as a primary contributor to the group's performances.

Throughout her career with NMIXX, Bae has contributed to a wide range of musical projects, including extended plays such as Expergo and the Fe3O4 series, as well as the group's first studio album, Blue Valentine. Alongside her group discography, she has appeared on television and web variety shows, participated in official soundtracks, and performed individual vocal covers. Her expressive personality and engaging comedic timing have made her a regular guest on Korean variety programs and online media.
