Born on October 4, 1993, in Bangkok, Thailand, Atthaphan initially pursued higher education in Business Administration at the University of Bangkok. He later transitioned his academic studies to pursue Political Science at Ramkhamhaeng University.

Atthaphan entered the entertainment industry at a young age with the support of his mother. After auditioning for film companies, he won The Boy Model Competition in 2003. His major breakthrough as a child actor occurred in 2004 when he starred in the popular folklore soap opera Gomin. This role established him as a recognized young talent, leading to continuous appearances across various television dramas on Channel 3 and Channel 7 throughout his childhood.

As his career progressed, Atthaphan gained distinction for his dramatic roles in cinema. In 2009, he portrayed an abused teenager in Kongkiat Khomsiri's thriller film Slice, earning a nomination at the Suphannahong National Film Awards and winning Best Supporting Actor at the 7th Chalerm Thai Awards. He earned further acclaim for his role as Tam in Anucha Boonyawatana's 2015 film The Blue Hour. For this performance, he received Best Actor nominations at the Thai Film Directors Association Awards and the Suphannahong National Film Awards, while winning Performance of the Year at the Bioscope Awards alongside co-star Oabnithi Wiwattanawarang.

In 2016, Atthaphan signed with GMMTV, leading to prominent roles such as Rome in Senior Secret Love: Puppy Honey alongside Jumpol Adulkittiporn. Their partnership led to co-hosting web shows, releasing the single Too Cute To Handle, and co-starring in the romantic drama Theory of Love in 2019. The duo received multiple Best Couple honors at the Maya Awards and LINE TV Awards. They later reunited for the political thriller series Not Me, where Atthaphan received critical praise for playing twin brothers White and Black.

Alongside his collaborative projects, Atthaphan achieved critical recognition for his performance as Punn in the 2018 series The Gifted, winning Best Fight Scene at the LINE TV Awards and Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the 24th Asian Television Awards. Beyond acting, he launched his own clothing brand, GENTE, and co-owns the clothing label Too Cute To Be Cool with Alice Tsoi and Nichaphat Chatchaipholrat.

Atthaphan has maintained a busy schedule in recent years. In 2022, he appeared in series such as The Three GentleBros, Club Sapan Fine 2: Ill-Fated Pair, and The War of Flowers. In 2023, he starred in Home School, Cooking Crush, and the supernatural thriller Midnight Museum, which earned him the Outstanding Asian Star award at the Seoul International Drama Awards. His subsequent credits include The Trainee, Fully Booked, Leap Day, and Burnout Syndrome.
