Titicharoenrak was born in Bangkok, Thailand, to a family of Thai-Chinese heritage. Conceived through in vitro fertilisation after his parents faced fertility challenges, he grew up as an only child and received his nickname based on his astrological sign. He developed an interest in singing from an early age, actively leading his school music club and performing with three bands named Survival, Cyclone, and Toxic. In 2018, he took part in a workshop with Grammy Vocal Studio and subsequently performed as the lead vocalist for the musical group Septave at the Sanamluang Music Playtime Season 4 event. He completed his secondary studies at Harrow International School in May 2022 and enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts and Science in Integrated Innovation international program at Chulalongkorn University.
At age fifteen, Titicharoenrak entered the television competition program Thailand School Star 2019. Reaching the final stage, he signed an exclusive contract with GMMTV and met fellow participant Nattawat Jirochtikul, known as Fourth. Titicharoenrak made his major acting breakthrough starring opposite Jirochtikul in My School President (2022), for which he also sang his debut solo track "Hook". He later revisited his role in two episodes of the 2023 anthology series Our Skyy 2. In early 2023, he portrayed Heart, a hearing-impaired teenager, in Moonlight Chicken. The popularity of these projects established the performing duo "GeminiFourth," whose fanbase adopted the designation "Khunnoo." Their collaborative work earned honors including Popular Couple Artists at the Golden Kinnaree Awards, Hottest Artist Award at the Kazz Awards, Breakthrough Actors at the GQ Men of the Year 2023, and Thai Best Artist at the 33rd Seoul Music Awards.
Expanding his musical repertoire, Titicharoenrak collaborated with Jirochtikul on the 2023 city pop single "You're Blushing?" and released his solo track "Anything You Want." In February 2024, he officially joined Riser Music as an artist, debuting under the label with the single "Too Close To Handle." He co-wrote the track "Good Day" for the Wandee Goodday soundtrack and released subsequent singles including "Someone Like Me," "Still," and the duet "Is This Love?". In November 2025, he released "What If," a self-penned song he debuted live during the A.W.A.K.E Concert alongside pianist Tor Saksit. He also released the single "Dangerous" in March 2026. Together with Jirochtikul, he introduced their official fanbase mascot, "Look Khunnoo," in March 2024.
Titicharoenrak and Jirochtikul continued their onscreen partnership in the 2024 adaptation My Love Mix-Up!, contributing the opening theme song "Re-Move On," which won Best Theme Song honors at the Asian Academy Creative Awards, Y Entertain Awards, and Y Universe Awards. Titicharoenrak subsequently took the lead role in the 2025 supernatural series The Dark Dice alongside Prim Chanikarn.
