Lomon

Park Solomon, professionally credited as Lomon, is an Uzbek and South Korean actor born on November 11, 1999. He began his acting career in 2014 and gained significant recognition through prominent roles in television and web series. He is particularly recognized for starring in the high school drama Sweet Revenge, the zombie series All of Us Are Dead, and the thriller Revenge of Others.

Lomon was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, to a Korean father and a mother of Koryo-saram descent. During his early childhood, his family relocated to Russia before eventually settling in South Korea. He completed his elementary education in South Korea and subsequently attended Apgujeong High School in the Gangnam District of Seoul, from which he graduated.

Regarding his birth name, his father chose it while reading the Bible, hoping he would navigate life with wisdom, despite Lomon not being religious. As a youth, Lomon initially aimed to pursue a career as a musical singer. However, he transitioned his ambitions toward acting after determining that his voice was not suitable. Outside of acting, he also developed an interest in b-boying.

His screen debut occurred in 2014 when he appeared in two drama series, Bride of the Century and 4 Legendary Witches. After taking on various roles over the following years, he secured his breakthrough lead role in the 2017 series Sweet Revenge, which brought him heightened public visibility.

In 2019, Lomon expanded his work internationally by starring in the Chinese drama Lookism, learning Mandarin specifically for the role. On January 19, 2022, he entered a new phase of his professional management by signing an exclusive contract with Big Smile Entertainment.

Lomon achieved widespread international popularity in 2022 after portraying Lee Su-hyeok in the Netflix original zombie series All of Us Are Dead. Following the global success of the series, his social media presence expanded rapidly, accumulating over two million Instagram followers in less than a week. Later that year, he starred opposite Shin Ye-eun as the male lead in the Disney+ series Revenge of Others.

In 2023, he was cast in the main role of So Eun-ho for the 2024 U+ Mobile TV web series Branding in Seongsu. Following his extensive work on streaming platforms, Lomon was announced in 2024 as the male lead alongside Kim Hye-yoon in the upcoming SBS TV fantasy drama No Tail to Tell, marking his return to broadcast television after focusing on web projects during his rise to fame.
