Liz

Kim Ji-won, known professionally by her stage name Liz, is a South Korean singer signed under the entertainment agency Starship Entertainment. She is widely recognized as a member and vocalist of the South Korean girl group Ive.

Liz was born on November 21, 2004, in Jeju Province, South Korea.

On November 5, 2021, Liz was officially revealed as the fourth member and a vocalist of Ive. The group officially debuted on December 1, 2021, with the release of their single album titled Eleven. The single album achieved immediate commercial success, topping all South Korean music charts upon its debut. Following their debut, the group received major industry accolades, winning both the Rookie of the Year award and the Song of the Year Daesang (grand prize) award.

In addition to her activities with Ive, Liz has pursued several solo music and television projects. On December 15, 2024, she released a track titled "Summer," which served as the seventh track for the Love Your Enemy original soundtrack. The following year, on February 22, 2025, she appeared as a special MC alongside fellow Ive member Gaeul on the MBC music program Show! Music Core. Later that year, on May 18, 2025, Liz released another soundtrack contribution, titled "Heavy Love," for the television series Heavenly Ever After.

Liz made a notable variety show appearance on September 27, 2025, when she featured on the MBC program Hangout with Yoo for a special "80s Seoul Music Festival" episode. During the broadcast, she performed a remake of Lee Ji-yeon's song "Stop the Wind." Her rendition earned positive responses for her vocal tone, retro-themed styling, and faithful delivery of the original track. The performance received praise from the show's MCs and judges, and the official audio version was subsequently released across major music platforms.

Throughout her career, Liz has also established a presence in fashion and beauty through various corporate endorsement roles. In 2022, she was selected as a campaign model for Olive Young's vegan beauty campaign. In May 2023, she was named the campaign model for Kakao Style's platform Zigzag.

Her endorsement activities expanded further in 2025 and 2026. In September 2025, she was selected as a model for the South Korean clothing brand 8seconds, and in October 2025, she was announced as the muse of the natural beauty brand S.Nature. In January 2026, Liz became an ambassador for the Italian fashion house Valentino. In February 2026, she was appointed as an ambassador for the Spring/Summer 2026 season of the South Korean fashion brand Matin Kim, while also becoming the new global model for the cosmetics brand Tony Moly.
