Tzuyang

Park Jung-won, professionally known as Tzuyang, is a South Korean mukbang YouTuber. Born in Seoul on April 14, 1996, she attended Mirae High School of Science and Technology before pursuing higher education at a university.

Prior to launching her digital career, she was forced to work at a bar owned by a former boyfriend. In 2018, she launched her online food broadcast channels on Afreeca and YouTube after others suggested it would help her lead an independent life. She later disclosed in 2024 that she had been coerced into starting these channels under threat of having compromised videos released.

She gained widespread online recognition for her ability to eat vast quantities of food while maintaining a slender physique. Her YouTube channel reached one million subscribers in 2019 and expanded to ten million subscribers by 2024. During her career, she faced a controversy in 2020 regarding undisclosed paid video promotions, for which she issued an apology. In February 2024, she faced criticism for a video featuring a South Korean comedian playing a caricature character, which viewers found offensive to Filipino culture. She subsequently deleted the video and released apology statements in Tagalog, English, and Korean.

Throughout her career, Park experienced severe personal and legal difficulties. In July 2024, she revealed that her former boyfriend, who also managed her talent agency under an exploitative contract, physically abused her and extorted 4 billion Korean won while leaking personal details to other creators. The criminal proceedings ended following his death by suicide. She subsequently reported several YouTubers for blackmailing her, leading to the demonetization of their channels, while her former boyfriend's attorney was indicted for extortion. Park also pursued legal action against YouTuber Kim Se-ui for defamation, stalking, and privacy violations, winning a court order that mandated the removal of past videos and imposed financial penalties for future mentions.

Park paused her content creation for three months before resuming uploads in October 2024. Upon receiving YouTube's Diamond Creator Award for hitting ten million subscribers in November 2024, she celebrated the milestone by donating 200 million won to World Vision, half of which was provided by her channel sponsors. Additionally, in 2025, legal proceedings against two women who had extorted 216 million won from her concluded with suspended sentences and financial restitution.

Her contributions and media presence have earned public recognition. In a Gallup Korea survey conducted in early 2024, she was named South Korea's favorite YouTuber. On December 31, 2025, she won the Popularity Award at the MBC Entertainment Awards. That same year, she shared medical updates indicating that her stomach is 40 percent larger than average, and disclosed that she suffers from retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative vision disorder.
