Michelle Jenner

Michelle Jenner Husson is a Spanish actress and voice actress who gained popularity in Spain for her role as Sara Miranda in the television series Los hombres de Paco. Beyond her live-action screen performances, she has established a extensive career in voice dubbing for television, film, and video games.

Born on 14 September 1986 in Barcelona, Spain, Jenner comes from an artistic family. She is the daughter of Miguel Ángel Jenner Redondo, an English-descended Spanish dubbing actor, and Martine Husson, a French actress and music-hall dancer. Her older brother, David Jenner Husson, is also a professional dubbing actor. She received formal training in theater, singing, and dance at the Company & Company School, and later studied acting at the Nancy Tuñon acting school.

Jenner began working in television commercials at two years old and initiated her voice acting career at six years old. Her early live-action television debut came in the 2000 series El cor de la ciutat, playing the character Alícia. In 2004, she appeared as Natalia in the film Nubes de verano, directed by Felipe Vega. Her major breakthrough arrived when she played Sara Miranda on the comedy television series Los hombres de Paco from 2005 to 2010.

Throughout her film and television career, Jenner has taken on diverse roles. In 2009, she appeared in the film Íntimos y extraños, directed by Rubén Alonso, as well as Javier Ruiz Caldeira's comedy Spanish Movie. She starred in two major feature films in 2011: Montxo Armendaríz's Don't Be Afraid, where she prepared for her role as an abuse victim by consulting real-life victims, and Nacho Vigalondo's science fiction comedy Extraterrestrial, set during an alien invasion in Madrid. In 2012, she took on the lead role of Queen Isabella I of Castille in the Televisión Española historical drama series Isabel.

As a voice actress, Jenner's work includes dubbing Hermione Granger in the first four Harry Potter films for both Catalan and Spanish releases, and voicing Giosué in the dub of the Italian film Life is Beautiful. She provided the Spanish voice for Beatrice in the Cartoon Network miniseries Over the Garden Wall. In video games, she voiced the main character in the PlayStation 3 title Heavy Rain, and she voiced the protagonist Aloy in the 2017 PlayStation 4 title Horizon: Zero Dawn and its expansion, Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds.
