Melia Kreiling is an actress who was born in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1990. She is the daughter of an American father, Randall A. Kreiling, who worked internationally as a commodities trader, and a Greek mother, Katia Dimopoulou. Raised in Athens, Greece, she completed her early education at an English school before training at the National State School of Dance. She later relocated to Great Britain to continue her studies at the University of Winchester and the Northern School of Contemporary Dance located in Leeds. To further develop her theatrical skills, she also undertook training at the London School of Dramatic Art.
Kreiling began her professional acting journey in 2011, making her screen debut in the short film Room to Forget. She gained wider international attention shortly after through her appearance in the historical drama series The Borgias. In late 2012, she featured in a television production centered on Rosamunde Pilcher and subsequently returned to the same character in the drama project The Other Wife. She also expanded her portfolio with a role in the 2013 television miniseries The Bible, produced by the History Channel, in which she played Bathsheba.
Over the following years, Kreiling secured notable roles across various American television productions and feature films. She made a brief appearance as the character Bereet in the major motion picture Guardians of the Galaxy.
