Lo Bosworth

Lauren Ogilvie "Lo" Bosworth is an American former reality television personality, author, and business executive. Born on September 29, 1986, she first gained public attention as a cast member on MTV's reality television series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and its spin-off series The Hills. She is also the founder and chief executive officer of the health brand Love Wellness.

Bosworth grew up in Laguna Beach, California, before moving to Los Angeles, California. She began her higher education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and later transferred to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). While attending college, she joined the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, graduating from UCLA in June 2008 with a bachelor's degree in art history. Pursuing an interest in farm-to-table cuisine, she also earned a culinary degree from the International Culinary Center in New York City.

Bosworth made her television debut in 2004 on MTV's Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, which followed her during her senior year of high school alongside friends and classmates including Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari, and Stephen Colletti. Following the show's first season, she made a limited number of appearances during its second season.

MTV subsequently developed The Hills, a spin-off series following Conrad and her friends in Los Angeles. Although Bosworth and Conrad experienced an estrangement lasting nearly two years due to a conflict involving mutual friend Jen Bunney, they reconciled, and Bosworth joined the show as a supporting cast member in its second season on March 12, 2007. For the third season, which premiered on August 13, 2007, she became housemates with Conrad and Audrina Patridge. During the fourth season, which premiered on August 18, 2008, Bosworth and Conrad adopted a dog named Chloe, and the series featured Bosworth's workplace and personal life.

The fifth season of The Hills premiered its first half on April 6, 2009, featuring Conrad's final appearance on May 31, 2009, at the wedding of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. The second half premiered on September 29, 2009, introducing Kristin Cavallari to the cast. For the sixth and final season, which premiered on April 27, 2010, Bosworth became a main cast member, featuring storylines about workplace conflict and moving in with her boyfriend, Scott. The series concluded on July 13, 2010.

In 2010, Bosworth launched a website named The Lo Down by Lo Bosworth, and released a book under the same title in January 2011. In late 2013, she established a beauty channel on YouTube. She expanded her entrepreneurship in 2016 by founding Love Wellness, where she serves as chief executive officer.

Bosworth married investor Dom Natale on July 20, 2025, at her family home in Laguna Beach. A few days after the wedding, she announced she was expecting her first child, and she gave birth to their daughter on January 16, 2026.
