Danni Boatwright

Danielle E. Boatwright Wiegmann, born Danielle E. Boatwright on July 13, 1975, is an American television host, sports journalist, model, actress, and beauty queen from Tonganoxie, Kansas. She is widely recognized for her notable achievements in national beauty pageants and for winning Survivor: Guatemala, the eleventh season of the reality television competition Survivor.

Boatwright began her pageant career in late 1991 when she was crowned Miss Kansas Teen USA, becoming the first representative of the Vanbros pageant group. She went on to represent Kansas at the 1992 Miss Teen USA pageant, where she finished as second runner-up. In 1996, she won the Miss Kansas USA crown and competed at the national Miss USA pageant, where she won the preliminary competition as well as the interview and swimsuit rounds on finals night before finishing as first runner-up. Her success made her one of the most successful delegates to compete in both national pageants. Aside from pageantry, Boatwright is an athlete who completed the Country Music Marathon in Tennessee in 2003.

During her appearance at the Miss Teen USA pageant, Boatwright was introduced to an international modeling scout and began working professionally in the industry. As an international model, she traveled to shoot in countries such as Italy, England, Germany, France, Mexico, South Africa, Australia, and Tunisia. At age 17, she appeared on Star Search as a contestant and spokesmodel, making her the youngest person ever to compete in that category. Her modeling work also includes various print and television advertisements, such as commercial campaigns for BioSilk.

In 2005, Boatwright competed on Survivor: Guatemala. Initially placed on the Nakúm tribe before moving to Yaxha on Day 9, she secured an advantage at an auction and formed pivotal alliances with contestants Rafe Judkins and Lydia Morales. After convincing Judkins to vote out Morales at the final four, Boatwright won the final immunity challenge and selected Stephenie LaGrossa for the final Tribal Council, ultimately winning the title of Sole Survivor in a 6–1 vote. She returned to the franchise 15 years later for Survivor: Winners at War, competing on the Sele tribe and finishing in 19th place as a member of the jury.

Beyond reality television, Boatwright has established a career in media and business. She has worked as an on-air personality for KCSP (610 Sports) in Kansas City, co-hosting "Sports Rap," and has appeared on ESPN2's The Fantasy Show. She was the original host of CelebTV.com and served as a spokeswoman for Coleman products in 2006. Additionally, she appeared in promotional videos for the Trackstick GPS tracking device, founded the sports apparel brand Sideline Chic, and applied for a trademark for entertainment services under BEYOND THE EDIT WITH DANNI & AGGIE. Formerly married to country singer Wade Hayes, she appeared in his 1998 music video for "Tore Up from the Floor Up." She currently resides in Tonganoxie, Kansas, with her husband, former NFL center Casey Wiegmann, and their two sons, Bo and Stone.
