Chloe East

Chloe East is an American actress, dancer, and model who gained widespread recognition for her versatile performances across television, film, and digital platforms. Born on February 16, 2001, in San Clemente, California, she began training in dance at an exceptionally young age and soon expanded her creative talents into modeling and professional acting. Over the course of her career, she has transitioned smoothly from child modeling and youth television roles to featured performances in major studio films and acclaimed independent productions.

Early Life and Career Origins

East grew up in Southern California, where she developed a passion for performance through competitive dance training starting at age two. By age nine, she began working as a fashion model for prominent youth apparel brands and national commercial campaigns. She made her television acting debut in 2013 with an appearance in HBO's drama series True Blood. Her television profile expanded significantly through recurring and starring roles, including Val on the Disney Channel sitcom Liv and Maddie, Willow Pierce in the Audience Network drama series Ice, and Reese in ABC's fantasy comedy-drama Kevin (Probably) Saves the World. In addition to her television work, East cultivated a significant online presence during her teenage years by creating dance videos, lifestyle content, and creative short films for her personal digital channels.

Film Roles and Breakthroughs

East made her feature film debut starring as Jessica Darling in the 2016 comedy adaptation Jessica Darling's IT List. She continued building a steady feature film filmography with roles in the dance drama Next Level (2019) and the comedy-horror film The Wolf of Snow Hollow (2020). Her major breakthrough arrived in 2022 when she was cast as Monica Sherwood in Steven Spielberg's semi-autobiographical coming-of-age film The Fabelmans. Her performance as the comedic, devoutly high-school girlfriend earned praise from critics and industry audiences alike. Following this milestone, she starred in A24's psychological horror film Heretic (2024) alongside Sophie Thatcher and Hugh Grant, as well as the Netflix comedy film Roommates (2026).

Personal Life and Profile

Outside of her feature acting and modeling projects, East maintains an active public presence across social media platforms where she shares photography, fashion projects, and behind-the-scenes glimpses into her creative work.
