Her other notable voice credits include YoRHa No.2 Type B (2B) in Nier: Automata, China Kousaka in Gundam Build Fighters, Sayuri Haruno in Bonjour Sweet Love Patisserie, and Hinaki Shinjo in Aikatsu!.

Ishikawa began her artistic career at age six upon joining the Himawari Theatre Group in Osaka while attending school. She regularly appeared in annual stage productions and moved to Tokyo for further theatrical and musical performances. During elementary school, she sang and danced as part of a duo in the live event Dream Quest, and from junior high school onward, she landed lead roles in major musical series. Her skills include classical ballet, jazz dance, and tap dance. In September 2005, during her first year of high school, she transferred to Sunaoka Office.

Prior to her voice work, Ishikawa focused on the stage and began performing in radio dramas in 2007. She made her anime debut that same year as Dhianeila in Heroic Age. In March 2014, she held her first solo talk event at Hotel New Otani Osaka, and she launched an official website in November of that year. Alongside her voice projects, she was a member of the group Trefle until its final broadcast in November 2016.

After twenty-three and a half years with the Himawari Theatre Group, Ishikawa left Sunaoka Office in April 2019 and joined mitt management in May 2019, simultaneously launching her official Twitter account. In January 2020, she launched her solo music reading project, UTA-KATA Vol.1 ~ Dawn's Ginyu Poet ~, planned by Shigeru Saito and featuring piano by Masumi Ito and text by Kana Akatsuki. She followed this with a second solo production, UTA-KATA Vol.2 ~The Girl Who Sells Songs~, in September 2022.

Ishikawa's work has been recognized with major industry honors. She received the Best Supporting Actress award at the 8th Seiyu Awards in 2014, and later won Best Actress in a Leading Role at the 15th Annual Seiyū Awards in 2021 for Violet Evergarden. In May 2020, her agency reported online safety threats to the police, resulting in an arrest in June 2020. Globally, she has attended events including Sakura-Con, Otakuthon, Japan Expo, and Madman Anime Festival.

In her personal life, Ishikawa announced her marriage on her thirty-second birthday on May 30, 2021. On May 11, 2025, she announced the birth of her first child.
