Raised in Nonthaburi, Thailand, Suppasit was born to Boonsak and Suporn Jongcheveevat and has a younger sister named Jomkwan. He completed his secondary education at Kasetsart University Laboratory School before earning a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering with First-Class Honors from Kasetsart University. Continuing his academic pursuits, he obtained a master's degree in the same discipline from Chulalongkorn University, where he served as an engineering faculty teaching assistant for statistics. He subsequently enrolled in a doctoral program in industrial engineering at Chulalongkorn University.

Suppasit began his entertainment career appearing in advertisements, music videos, and reality television programs such as Take Me Out Thailand. He made his acting debut in the 2017 series I Am Your King, followed by his first main role in What The Duck: The Series and its subsequent season. His breakthrough came with the lead role in TharnType in 2019, which led to a second season in 2020. Over the following years, he featured in a variety of projects, including the short film Undefeated, the social-accessibility mini-series Super Maen, the drama Love Hurts, the Korean-Thai series Love Is Like A Cat, and the thriller adaptation Homeroom 29 Hostages. His acting work extended to productions such as Mon Rak Luk Thung, Rak Salap Lai, My Wife's Gunslinger God, and the horror feature Replace Me.

In August 2020, Suppasit launched his official music career with his debut single, Season of You. He followed with several additional tracks before releasing his debut full-length album, 365, in August 2021. The album achieved high placements on worldwide digital rankings and saw five tracks reach the top ten of the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart. He subsequently launched an international collaboration project featuring work with artists such as HONNE on Spaceman, Sam Kim on Before 4:30, Bumkey on Forever Love, and Suho on Turn Off The Alarm. He later released additional singles including Absence, Don't Wanna Please The World, Miss Esme, Imperfect, and Entropy.

Alongside acting and music, Suppasit has worked as a model and television host. He co-hosted the music program T-Pop Stage in 2021 and served as a commentator on the reality competition Duo One. As a fashion model, he has represented numerous international luxury brands and regional labels, participating in events such as Bangkok International Fashion Week, Harbin Fashion Week, and Milan Fashion Week for Hugo Boss.

Suppasit has also undertaken international cultural engagements, serving as a youth representative for APEC in 2022, attending the Red Sea International Film Festival, and participating in cultural promotion events in New York City. In business, he operates Sol Skipper and co-founded a skincare brand, multiple cafes, an aesthetic clinic, and a massage salon.
