Uesaka was scouted at eight years old by Space Craft Agency's junior talent division while returning home from taking the STEP Eiken examinations in 2000. That same year, she made her broadcast media debut in a Vidal Sassoon commercial, becoming the first Japanese individual to be featured in advertisements for the brand. During her youth, she continued to appear in commercial advertisements, including spots for Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Children – Book of Fire in 2003 and Vicks in 2009.
Her interest in voice performance developed at age ten after watching Nurse Witch Komugi, and she cites Halko Momoi as a major inspiration. During her first year of high school, listening to the State Anthem of the USSR sparked a strong interest in Russian culture and Soviet history. In April 2010, she enrolled at Sophia University in the Faculty of Foreign Studies to major in Russian studies, completing her degree and graduating on March 27, 2014.
At age nineteen in April 2011, Uesaka transferred to Space Craft's voice acting division. She secured her first lead role as Sora Takanashi in the anime Listen to Me, Girls. I Am Your Father! through an audition. Her subsequent roles included voicing Nonna in Girls und Panzer, and she attended J-Fest in Russia as a guest in November 2013. Beginning in October 2011, she hosted the web radio program A&G NEXT GENERATION Lady Go!!. Expanding into music, she launched her singing career in April 2013 under King Records' King Amusement Creative label, later earning the Best Rookie Actress award at the 10th Seiyu Awards.
After working with Space Craft Entertainment for nearly a decade, Uesaka departed on September 4, 2020, to work as a freelancer before signing with Voice Kit on March 1, 2021. Following online harassment, updates to her personal Twitter account were briefly suspended in March 2016 before resuming in November. After continued harassment, she permanently closed her personal Twitter and Instagram accounts on July 21, 2017, shifting her online presence to a staff-managed Twitter account.
Outside of media production, Uesaka is an avid practitioner of lolita fashion, modeling for labels such as Baby, the Stars Shine Bright and Metamorphose temps de fille, as well as appearing in publications like Gothic & Lolita Bible and Kera. In 2024, she launched Twilight Rouge, a themed cafe featuring attire designed by Victorian Maiden. She also entered professional wrestling with DDT Pro-Wrestling, debuting at the DDT Las Vegas Series ~ Neshin ~ event on April 20, 2025. During her wrestling career, she won the Ironman Heavymetalweight Championship twice, securing her second reign on March 29, 2026.
