Her subsequent prominent screen projects include the science fiction movie Uranus 2324, the historical television series The Loyal Pin, and the multi-installment drama project 4 Elements.

Born in Bangkok, Thailand, Sarocha was raised as an only child in a Buddhist household. She completed her high school education at La Salle School Bangkok before pursuing higher studies at Rangsit University's College of Communication Arts. She graduated with First Class Honours, earning a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication, having initially aimed to build a career within the corporate sector.

Sarocha began her public career in 2016 as a top-15 finalist in the Miss Teen Thailand pageant, where she received a cash prize alongside the Best Healthy Figure distinction. Following hosting stints for Miss Teen Thai and the Girl Daily show, she appeared in the May 2017 music video for the song Before Rain by artist The Toys. After auditioning for various agencies, she signed with Idol Factory in 2020. She made her television acting debut as the lead in the romantic comedy So Fit in early 2021, followed by a role in the 2022 romantic comedy series Secret Crush on You.

Her career expanded significantly later in 2022 when she starred alongside Becky Armstrong in Gap, a hit production that accumulated over 900 million views on YouTube. In addition to acting, she sang tracks for the program's soundtrack, including the song Whisper. In early 2024, she signed with talent consultancy The Venture Management. That same year, she and Armstrong co-starred in Uranus 2324, a Girls' Love science fiction film that topped local opening-day box office rankings, and The Loyal Pin, a 1950s period drama where Sarocha played an orphaned noblewoman. She also co-starred in the horror-comedy film Rider in late 2024.

In October 2025, after concluding her contract with Idol Factory, Sarocha established her own management company, Solenn Entertainment, to oversee her independent artistic work. She subsequently starred as Namsai in the 2026 psychological romantic thriller film The Stain. In television, she was cast in the multi-series adaptation 4 Elements as police officer Vayo Wathinwanit, appearing across multiple installments and starring as the main lead in the segment titled The Air.

In addition to her performance career, Sarocha has achieved international recognition in fashion. She participated in the 77th Cannes Film Festival as a Women in Cinema honoree in May 2024 and was featured on the digital cover of Vanity Fair's European edition. Following a high-profile appearance at Paris Fashion Week in late 2024, Valentino appointed her as its first female Thai Brand Ambassador in January 2025.

In May 2025, Sarocha became the first Thai actress to attend the Met Gala in New York City, earning substantial media impact value rankings. Later that year, she was included in The Business of Fashion's BOF 500 list and participated in its annual gala. In November 2025, ICONSIAM named her Nang Noppamas of the Year for the Loy Krathong Festival, where she led a showcase displaying traditional Thai royal attire.
