Born in Vienna, Austria, to an Austrian father and a Japanese mother, Triendl spent her childhood in multiple countries, including France and the United States, due to her father's employment. She has a younger sister named Luna. During her first year of high school, her family relocated to Tokyo, Japan. Triendl completed her secondary education at International Christian University High School and went on to attend Keio University, where she graduated in September 2015 after taking temporary leave to accommodate her work commitments.
Triendl was scouted during her second year of high school and subsequently signed with the agency Platinum Production to begin her modeling career. Over her career in fashion print, she was featured as an exclusive model for the publications JJ and Vivi, and later became an exclusive model for With. On November 5, 2024, she officially ended her tenure with Platinum Production and transferred to the agency Amuse.
In 2011, Triendl made her initial foray into music as a featured performer on Rocketman's single "Love Disco." In her personal life, Triendl married actor Naohiro Yamamoto on January 19, 2024. She announced her first pregnancy on January 14, 2026, and gave birth to her first child on February 22.
