In 2023, he expanded his business ventures by launching the underwear brand IPHIS.

Born on May 4, 2001, Beck grew up in Peoria, Arizona, where he attended Desert Valley Elementary School and Ironwood High School. As a youth soccer player, he competed for the SC del Sol club team in Phoenix and served as a team captain in the U.S. Youth Football Olympic Development Program from 2014 to 2017. He spent his final two high school years in Utah playing for the Real Salt Lake Academy. In 2019, Beck enrolled at the University of Portland, playing as a midfielder for the Portland Pilots men's soccer team. After completing his second semester online during the initial stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, he ultimately left the university.

Beck began posting videos on TikTok shortly before public health quarantines took effect, and his clips began spreading rapidly online within a month. His content primarily features comedic skits and dance routines set to audio clips from music tracks, movies, and television shows. In June 2020, he joined the Sway House collaborative group after connecting with member Blake Gray, frequently creating videos alongside other social media figures. Beck was later highlighted by TikTok as one of the platform's top breakout content creators for 2020.

In early 2021, Beck expanded into acting and traditional media. He took acting lessons and starred in the AwesomenessTV short-form series Noah Beck Tries Things, which debuted in January 2021 and featured appearances by his friends and partner. That same year, he featured on a digital cover for VMan magazine, attended a Louis Vuitton menswear show as a VIP guest, and appeared in the music video for Machine Gun Kelly's song Love Race.

Beck made his feature film acting debut as a lead actor and producer in the romantic comedy Sidelined: The QB and Me, adapted from a popular Wattpad story by Tay Marley and released on Tubi in 2024. He reprised his character in the 2025 sequel, Sidelined 2: Intercepted. Among his public appearances and athletic involvement, Beck participated in the 2022 Sidemen Charity Match, helping raise over one million pounds for charitable causes. His accomplishments earned him a place on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Media list in 2023.
