Huh Yun-jin

Huh Yunjin is an American singer and songwriter based in South Korea. She is best known as a member of the South Korean girl group Le Sserafim, formed in 2022 by Source Music in collaboration with Hybe Corporation.

Huh was born in Seoul, South Korea, and relocated with her parents to the United States when she was eight months old. She was raised in Wisconsin and Niskayuna, New York, going by the English name Jennifer Huh alongside her sister, Rachel. Developing an early interest in music and songwriting, she taught herself to play songs on the guitar inspired by singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. While attending Niskayuna High School, she performed as a mezzo-soprano and participated in musical theater productions.

In 2017, at age 16, Huh moved to South Korea to pursue a career as a K-pop idol, training at various companies. In 2018, she competed on the Mnet survival show Produce 48 representing Pledis Entertainment, finishing in 26th place. She later transferred to the Applied Music Department at Hanlim Multi Art School in March 2019. After spending several years training without debuting, she temporarily returned to the United States to prepare for college. She reversed her plans after Hybe contacted her in 2021 with an offer to join Le Sserafim.

Huh signed with Source Music in August 2021 and was introduced as the final member of Le Sserafim in April 2022. The group debuted in May 2022 with the extended play Fearless, on which Huh earned songwriting credits for the track Blue Flame. She subsequently co-wrote three songs—Impurities, No Celestial, and Good Parts (When the Quality Is Bad but I Am)—for the group's second EP, Antifragile, released in October 2022.

Alongside her work with Le Sserafim, Huh has released several self-composed solo singles. She released her debut solo single Raise Y_our Glass in August 2022, followed by the rock-influenced track I ≠ Doll in January 2023, featuring an animated music video she illustrated herself. She later released Love You Twice in March 2023, the funk single Blessing in Disguise in August 2023, and the R&B soul single Jellyfish in January 2025.

Huh has also contributed to external musical projects and brand campaigns. She featured on GroovyRoom's Yes or No in January 2024, collaborated with American singer Max on Stupid In Love, and featured on J-Hope's track I Don't Know in February 2024. Outside of music, she was named a brand muse for WakeMake in February 2023 and an ambassador for MAC Cosmetics Korea in April 2024. In August 2025, she was invited to join the Recording Academy.
