About LE SSERAFIM
LE SSERAFIM is a prominent South Korean girl group formed by Source Music, a subsidiary label of HYBE Corporation. The group made its official debut on May 2, 2022, introducing a bold, high-energy musical direction centered around themes of self-confidence, perseverance, and fearless personal expression. Upon their debut, they immediately captured global attention, establishing themselves as one of the leading acts in the fourth generation of K-pop.
The formation of LE SSERAFIM involved a mix of experienced music industry veterans and fresh talent. Kazuha brought a distinct classical ballet background from her training in the Netherlands, while Hong Eunchae joined as the youngest member following rigorous training. The group originally launched as a six-member ensemble, but transitioned to a five-member lineup in July 2022 following the departure of Kim Garam.
