Lee launched his online presence in 2011 by creating a YouTube channel originally named dicasp, which he later rebranded to Caspar. In August 2017, he stepped into the role of Chief Vision Officer for the UK influencer marketing firm Influencer Ltd. He co-founded the talent management agency Margravine Management alongside Joe Sugg, a business later rebranded as MVE. He further broadened his commercial interests in May 2020 by co-founding Proper Living, a student housing enterprise located in South Africa.
In 2022, Lee partnered with his cousin Sasha Kaletsky, a former private equity investor, to establish Creator Ventures. Their venture capital project secured $20 million in funding directed toward early-stage consumer-internet startup companies. That same year, Lee was featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for his contributions to advertising and media. On a personal note, Lee became engaged to Ambar Driscoll in 2022, and the couple married in 2025.
