Among her prominent roles are Madoka Kaname in Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Tsuyu Asui in My Hero Academia, Tanya von Degurechaff in The Saga of Tanya the Evil, and Nodoka Hanadera, also known as Cure Grace, in Healin' Good Pretty Cure. Her prominent voice roles also include Futaba Sakura in Persona 5, Lumine in Genshin Impact, Maomao in The Apothecary Diaries, and Lucy in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

Yuki entered the entertainment industry at four years old, working initially as a child actress in feature films and television dramas. Between 1999 and 2002, she appeared regularly on the Fuji TV variety programs Appare Sanma Dai-sensei and Yappari Sanma Dai-sensei. She later made her debut as a voice actress while attending fifth grade, and she affiliated with the theater company Central in late 2006.

After entering high school in August 2007, Yuki joined the agency Breath and adopted her current professional stage name. She secured her first major voice acting role in 2008 as the young Murasaki Kuhōin in the anime series Kure-nai. In August 2008, she transferred to the agency Pro-Fit. Her career advanced in 2009 with starring anime roles as Mikogami Riko in Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzuu and Amano Ichigo in Yumeiro Patissiere, leading to female lead roles such as Iris in Pokémon: Best Wishes! and Victorique de Blois in Gosick. She completed high school in March 2010 and graduated from university in March 2014.

In 2011, Yuki starred in Puella Magi Madoka Magica, earning best voice actor honors at the Newtype x Machi Asobi Anime Awards in October 2011 and the Best Lead Actress Award at the 6th Seiyu Awards. She went on to portray Hibiki Tachibana across five seasons of Symphogear, Yuuki Konno in Sword Art Online II, Yoshiko Hanabatake in Aho-Girl, Tamaki Kotatsu in Fire Force, Diane in The Seven Deadly Sins, and Mami Nanami in Rent-A-Girlfriend. Her additional roles include Komachi Hikigaya in My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected, Rita Rossweisse in Honkai Impact 3rd, Kumoko/Shiraori in So I'm a Spider, So What?, Sticks the Badger in Sonic Boom, and Lucy in Ninjala.

In addition to acting, Yuki formed the musical duo Petit Milady with Ayana Taketatsu in 2013, performing themes such as "Kagami no Dual-ism" for Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal II and "Azurite" for The Pilot's Love Song. After a music hiatus announced in April 2017 and the closure of her fan club, she resumed musical work under Nippon Columbia. She restarted her music activities on September 20, 2023, and launched a limited-time Discord community called Yōsei Yakō that ran until October 31, 2024. Yuki is also a digital artist who creates fan illustrations and launched her original YUKI×AOI Chimera Project in 2019.
