Toccara Jones

Toccara Elaine Jones, born March 13, 1982, is an American fashion model, television personality, occasional actress, and singer. She first gained national television recognition as a contestant on the third season of the UPN series America's Next Top Model. Selected as the twelfth contestant for Cycle 3, she won Covergirl of the Week four consecutive times before being eliminated as the eighth contestant. She was later voted as one of the most memorable contestants by AOL Entertainment.

Jones raised her profile early in life by attending the Stivers School for the Arts in Dayton, Ohio. While attending the institution, she focused her studies on the performing arts, majoring in theatre and dance.

Following her time on America's Next Top Model, Jones signed with Wilhelmina Models as a plus-size model. She subsequently appeared on the covers of various publications, including Be, The Next Level Magazine, Black Men magazine, Black Hair magazine, Braids magazine, King magazine, and Plus Model Magazine. She was also featured in the December 2008 issue of Ebony magazine and appeared in Cycle 11 of America's Next Top Model as CoverGirl's Top Model in Action.

Throughout her modeling career, Jones has represented commercial brands such as Ashley Stewart, Avon, Torrid, New York and Company, and Target, and was featured in publications including Essence, Vibe, and Smooth. She was selected for the 2007 Rocawear "I Will Not Lose" campaign representing their plus-size line. Her runway appearances include Hot 97's Third Annual Full Frontal Hip hop Fashion Show, Luxe & Romance Fall 2005, Alice & Olivia Fall 2006, and BET's Rip the Runway. She was photographed by Steven Meisel for a 14-page spread in the July "Black Issue" of Vogue Italia and landed her first major UK modeling job in May 2010 with Evans.

In television, Jones served as a co-host on 106 & Park, a correspondent for The Black Carpet, and a co-host on the game show Take the Cake for BET. She appeared on The Tyra Banks Show as a judge and host for the America's Next Thick and Sexy Model segment, and featured in America's Next Top Model: Exposed. Her reality television appearances include VH1's Celebrity Paranormal Project, the second season of Celebrity Fit Club, Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp, and starring in season two of The Ultimate Merger in 2011.

Jones's work in performance arts includes an appearance in Trina's music video for the song "I Got a Thang for You," a role in the 2009 all-black national tour of The Vagina Monologues, and an appearance in the 2012 movie Think Like a Man. In 2008, she was honored by the Middletown, Ohio NAACP at the Freedom Fund Gala, where she was awarded a key to the city.
