Sutton Stracke

Sutton Thurman Stracke, born Sutton Thurman Brown on September 20, 1971, is an American television personality, socialite, and businesswoman. She is best known for her prominent appearances on the reality television series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Stracke was born in Columbia, South Carolina, and raised in Augusta, Georgia. Her family background includes a father who worked as an architect in private practice and a mother who was employed as a social worker for the Veterans Administration. For her higher education, Stracke attended Converse University, which was a women's college located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She graduated from the institution in 1993.

Following her college graduation, Stracke moved to New York City in her early twenties to study dance. Her professional background in the arts involved administrative and fundraising leadership roles. She worked as the associate director of development overseeing fundraising efforts for the Cunningham Dance Foundation in New York. Additionally, she served as the executive director of the Augusta Ballet.

Stracke entered mainstream reality television when she joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She made her initial appearance on the series during its tenth season in a recurring role. Beginning in the eleventh season, she was upgraded to a full-time main cast member on the show.

Beyond her television career, Stracke operates ventures in the fashion and hospitality spheres. She is the owner of The Sutton Concept, a fashion boutique located in West Hollywood. Her social engagements and event hosting also gained recognition when she was featured on The Salonniere 100 list, which named her as one of the top party hosts in America.

Stracke has also made guest appearances in scripted and non-scripted television programming. In June 2022, it was announced that she would make an appearance playing herself in the second season of the Syfy and USA Network series Chucky. She made her official acting debut on October 26, 2022, appearing in the fourth episode of the season, titled Death on Denial. Later, in July 2024, she made a cameo appearance on an episode of the reality television show The Real Housewives of Orange County.

In 2000, Stracke married Christian Stracke, an executive associated with PIMCO. The marriage ended in divorce in 2016. The couple shares three children.
