Rachelle Leah is an American model and television personality best known for her prominent work as a ring card girl and program host for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Born Rachelle Leah San Filippo in California, she began modeling professionally at age 18. She was recruited by the UFC after working at a boxing event and quickly became one of the organization's primary Octagon girls.

Throughout her career in media and modeling, Leah featured prominently on television and in print. She hosted programs such as UFC All Access and Inside the UFC on Spike TV, while also appearing on shows like Spike's Sexiest NYC Bartenders and Casino Cinema. Beyond television broadcasts, her work extended to features and covers for numerous national magazines, including Maxim, Men's Fitness, Playboy, Muscle & Fitness, and Stuff.

In addition to her core roles with the UFC, Leah made guest appearances on network television shows and participated in promotional events across sports and entertainment. Following her active television hosting and modeling work during the mid-to-late 2000s, she maintained a lower public profile while remaining recognized as a pioneer among mixed martial arts television personalities.
