Oana Gregory

Oana Gregory, born Oana Andreea Grigoruț on January 9, 1996, is a Romanian-American actress and model. Established in the United States since October 2002, she gained international recognition for her roles in Disney productions, including Kickin' It, Lab Rats, and Crash & Bernstein.

Gregory was born in Negrești-Oaș, a small town in northwestern Romania, to Dumitru and Mariana Grigoruț. At the age of six, her family relocated to the United States to build a better life for her and her older brother, Dorel. She attended primary school in Chicago.

Her career began to take shape in 2006 when she competed in a contest hosted by the International Models & Talent Association. Competing against 1,000 contestants from English-speaking countries, she won the title of preteen "actress of the year" and was named first runner-up for preteen "model of the year." Following the event, she received 54 offers from various Hollywood agencies and managers seeking to represent her.

In 2009, Gregory provided voice work for the animated comedy television series Olivia, which was adapted from a children's book series. She secured her first feature film role as the lead character, Loosie Goosie, in the 2011 independent musical comedy-drama Spork. The film earned three film festival awards, a CineKid Award, and a nomination from the British Film Institute.

By 2012, Gregory secured recurring roles on the Disney XD series Lab Rats and Kickin' It. That same year, she landed a main role as Amanda Bernstein, the 16-year-old sister of the main character, in Disney XD's live-action comedy Crash & Bernstein, which aired from 2012 to 2014 across 21 countries. She was selected for the role of Amanda out of more than 2,600 casting contestants.

Following her Disney work, Gregory played the recurring role of Lacey in the 2016 comedy web series WTH: Welcome to Howler. She later portrayed a young Laurel Samson in the 2018 television film A Christmas Switch. In 2019, she appeared in the comedy series King Bachelor's Pad, and in 2020, she was featured in the music video for the song "No Service in the Hills" by the electronic music trio Cheat Codes.
