Gabby Allen

Gabrielle Dawn Allen (born February 6, 1992) is a British television personality, professional fitness instructor, and author. Originally from Liverpool, England, Allen first gained widespread public recognition following her appearance on the third series of the hit British reality dating show Love Island in 2017. Over the years, she has expanded her media profile through numerous high-profile television appearances while simultaneously building a career as an online fitness entrepreneur and wellness content creator.

Early Life and Background

Raised in Merseyside, Allen developed a passion for performing arts at a young age, training in dance from early childhood. During her teenage years, she underwent major surgery to treat scoliosis, a condition that required an extensive recovery period before she relearned to walk and returned to dancing. She formally pursued her passion by attending the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London, where she earned a degree in musical theatre. Prior to her television debut, Allen worked professionally as a dance teacher and personal trainer across various prestigious London studios, including Frame, BLOK, and Third Space.

Television Career

Allen made her mainstream television debut in 2017 on ITV2’s Love Island, entering the villa on day seven as a late arrival. She successfully reached the series final alongside her partner Marcel Somerville, ultimately placing fourth. In 2018, she joined the cast of Channel 5’s Celebrity Big Brother for its twenty-second series, securing a place in the finals and finishing in sixth place. Allen continued to expand her television portfolio by competing on MTV’s international reality competition The Challenge: Double Agents in 2020. She returned to reality television in 2025 for Love Island: All Stars, winning the series, and later took part in Channel 4’s Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins in 2026, finishing as a joint winner.
