Evie Templeton

Evie Jayne Templeton is an English actress recognised for her screen roles in major television series and film projects. She gained widespread attention for portraying Laura in the feature film Return to Silent Hill and for her role as Agnes DeMille in the Netflix series Wednesday.

Templeton was born in Barbados on December 31, 2008, to English parents. She grew up alongside an older sister who pursued a career as a professional ballet dancer. At seven years old, Templeton relocated with her family to England, settling in a town situated near London. She later developed her performance skills while attending the Tring Park School for the Performing Arts.

Her early experience in the entertainment industry began on the stage. Before transitioning to screen acting, she participated in theatrical productions, including a national UK tour of Nativity! and a West End production of Les Misérables.

In 2022, Templeton made her screen acting debut through small television and film appearances. Her early camera work included minor roles in the BBC drama series Life After Life as well as the Disney live-action film Pinocchio.

Templeton secured her initial major screen role in 2023 when she appeared in the feature-length horror film Lord of Misrule. Following this appearance, she expanded her work into voice acting by providing the voice for the character Laura in the 2024 video game remake Silent Hill 2.

She subsequently reprised the character of Laura in the live-action horror adaptation Return to Silent Hill. In 2025, she joined the cast of the Netflix comedy-horror series Wednesday for its second season, portraying the character Agnes DeMille.
