Bright Vachirawit

Vachirawit Chivaaree, widely known as Bright Vachirawit, is a Thai actor, singer, and entrepreneur. He gained international prominence through his leading role in the drama 2gether: The Series and its screen follow-ups, alongside his performance in F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers. Beyond his television work, he has starred in feature films such as Congrats My Ex! and Love You to Debt, hosted the travel program Toe Laew, and released musical works including the mini-album Adolescent and the single Lost & Found. He is also the founder of the merchandise company ASTRO Stuffs and the talent management agency Cloud9 Entertainment.

Born on December 27, 1997, in Nakhon Pathom Province, Thailand, Vachirawit was raised among maternal relatives and is of Thai, American, and Chinese heritage. Initially named Kunlatorn, he adopted the childhood nickname Bright and legally changed his name in fourth grade. Surrounded by musicians through his uncle's music school, he began learning various instruments at age ten. He completed secondary studies at Suankularb Wittayalai School and Triam Udom Suksa School, participating in national academic contests. To finance his schooling, he took minor entertainment jobs. He ultimately earned a marketing degree from Bangkok University International College after pausing an earlier engineering scholarship.

Vachirawit entered the entertainment industry in 2013 as a variety show host on Strawberry Krub Cake and acted in its companion short series. After several years taking small roles in dramas, films, and music videos, he joined GMMTV in 2018. He subsequently appeared in the series My Ambulance and became a regular host on the travel show Toe Laew.

His major breakthrough occurred in 2020 when he played his first lead role in 2gether: The Series. He reprised the character in a sequel series and a feature film before playing the main role in F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers in 2021. He later starred in the series Astrophile, made a guest appearance in Midnight Museum, and played lead roles in the films Congrats My Ex! and Love You to Debt. In 2023, he transitioned to operating independently under Cloud9 Entertainment.

In music, Vachirawit released award-winning soundtrack tracks such as Kan Goo, along with singles including Unmovable, Lost & Found, My Ecstasy, and Long Showers. His business projects include ASTRO Stuffs, which promotes eco-friendly fashion, and Cloud9 Entertainment, created in partnership with Universal Music Thailand.

Vachirawit serves as a global ambassador for luxury brands including Burberry and Calvin Klein, and represents companies like Adidas and Bangkok Bank. Listed in the 2024 Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia selection, he has earned several industry honors and regularly participates in environmental, mental health, and charitable fundraising initiatives.
