Syifa Hadju

Syifa Safira Nuraisah, known professionally as Syifa Hadju, is an Indonesian actress and singer. She gained widespread recognition for her role in the soap opera series Mermaid in Love.

She was born on 13 July 2000 in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is the first of three children born to Andre Ariyantho and Shendy Hadju, and she has two younger sisters named Sherina and Manda. She adopted her stage name, Syifa Hadju, by using her mother's Gorontalo clan name as her surname.

Her acting career began in 2014 when she appeared in the soap opera Bintang di Langit. In the same year, she played roles in the soap operas Catatan Hati Seorang Istri and Aisyah Putri The Series: Jilbab In Love, while also appearing in several television films.

In 2016, she made her big-screen debut in the MD Pictures film Beauty and the Best. Her career soared further when she starred in the soap opera Mermaid in Love, later returning for its second season, Mermaid in Love 2 Dunia.

By 2019, she took on a lead role in the Rudi Aryanto-directed film The Way I Love You. She underwent a four-time casting process to secure the role of Mia in Riri Riza's film Glorious Days. That same year, she made her horror debut playing Raina in Danur 3: Sunyaruri, part of the Danur film series.

In 2020, she starred in the SCTV mini-series Magic Tumbler, which ran for three seasons. She acted alongside senior actor Deddy Mizwar in the Disney+ Hotstar film Sejuta Sayang Untuknya and appeared in web series produced by MD Entertainment, including the novel-adapted series Kisah untuk Geri.

In addition to acting, she ventured into singing after being encouraged by Melly Goeslaw. She first sang the soundtrack song "Aladin & Putri Yasmin" in 2016, followed by her first single, "Jangan Pernah Berubah," written by Goeslaw in 2018. In 2020, she released the single "Setia atau Bodoh" with MD Music and recorded the duet "Cinta Hebat" with Angga Yunanda for Kisah untuk Geri.
