During her early life and artistic training, Taulé studied singing under the instruction of María Remola and Nadia Nicola. She also performed in New York at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute to develop her performance skills.
Taulé's filmography includes roles in feature films such as Los locos también piensan, La fiesta del chivo, Viajeros, Yuniol, Tropic of Blood, La Roja, Flucht Aus Santo Domingo, and Code 666. Her work in Code 666 earned her a Soberano Award nomination for Best Actress in a Film. In 2013, she was cast as Camila Barrera, the youthful protagonist in Telemundo's telenovela Pasión prohibida, which starred Mónica Spear and Jencarlos Canela and featured performances by Rebecca Jones, Roberto Vander, and Mercedes Molto.
Taulé launched her musical career with her debut single Vives En Mi, followed by the 2014 release Mal de Amor alongside Servando & Florentino, the brothers Primera and Florentino Servando. The music video reached over 10 million views on her YouTube channel and hit the top position on the Billboard Tropical Songs chart and the Venezuelan Record Report chart. She later collaborated with Don Omar on La Fila and was nominated for the Heat Latin Music Awards.
In May 2015, Taulé played Angie in the film Bravetown. That same year, she released the single Aqui Nadie Toca featuring Dominican urban singer Mozart la Para, which received a Videoclip Award nomination and gathered over 3 million views. In 2017, she secured a regular role playing Eva in the first season of the television series Star.
