Scarra

William Li, born November 25, 1989, and known online as Scarra, is an American Twitch streamer and former professional League of Legends player. He is best recognized for his tenure as the mid laner for Team Dignitas. In addition to his esports background, Li is a co-founder of OfflineTV, an online social entertainment group featuring digital content creators.

Li grew up with an older brother named David. After earning straight A's throughout middle school, his parents enrolled him in a high school debate club to help address a stuttering problem. He later attended Texas A&M University before dropping out in 2012 to pursue a full-time career in competitive gaming.

Li began playing League of Legends following its official launch and gained early notice from Locust, an acquaintance from World of Warcraft. He formed a competitive roster for the 2010 Newegg Winter Winfest tournament, though the team was defeated. Li subsequently signed with Team Dignitas ahead of the inaugural League of Legends Championship Series season. His early achievements with the organization included defeating Epik Gamer at IGN Proleague Season 3, securing third place at IEM Season VI Global Challenge Kyiv, and winning the grand prize at the LoLPro.com Curse Invitational. In 2012, Li and Team Dignitas finished third at the MLG Pro Circuit Spring Championship and placed second at the Season Two North American Regionals. An initial second-place finish at the 2012 MLG Summer Championship was later disqualified after tournament organizers cited collusion with Curse NA.

During the third season of the League Championship Series, Li and Team Dignitas finished third overall and successfully retained their spot during the summer promotion. In April 2013, Li was voted as the mid-lane All-Star for North America, leading to his participation in All-Star Shanghai 2013. In Season 4, Riot fined Counter Logic Gaming $10,000 for poaching Li from Dignitas, resulting in a three-week ban from serving as their head coach during the spring season. He later competed for CLG Black during the summer qualifier, though the team failed to advance to the NACS summer season.

Following his departure from professional play, Li returned to Twitch as a full-time streamer. In mid-2017, he briefly joined Echo Fox's Challenger Series squad, Delta Fox, before moving to the Meme Stream Dream Team to participate in exhibition events such as the Tyler1 Championship Series and an NA LCS finals showmatch. In July 2017, Li and his former manager, Chris Chan, established the Los Angeles-based creator collective OfflineTV.

Following the release of Teamfight Tactics in June 2019, Li became one of its most-viewed streamers, averaging 7,000 viewers, and completed a challenge to stream every day for an entire year. He debuted a VTuber avatar based on a Teamfight Tactics character in 2021, followed by an updated version in 2022. In 2024, Li publicly disclosed that he had been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
