Rekkles

Carl Martin Erik Larsson, known professionally as Rekkles, is a Swedish professional League of Legends player who most recently competed for Witchcraft in the EMEA Masters. Originating from Älvängen, near Gothenburg, he initially pursued football before turning to video games following a cruciate ligament injury. His esports career began at age 16 with Playing Ducks and PAH, alongside early substitute stints for Team BLACK and SK Gaming.

Rekkles signed with Fnatic in late 2012, though age restrictions delayed his debut in the top-tier European league. After playing for secondary rosters and standing in for Copenhagen Wolves, he became Fnatic's starting AD Carry in late 2013. During his various stints with Fnatic, he won four League of Legends European Championship (LEC) titles and reached the final of the 2018 World Championship. He earned four regular-season Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards in the LEC and was selected to its First All-Pro Team six times.

Over his career, Larsson played for several prominent esports organisations. He joined Alliance—later rebranded as Elements—in late 2014, and transferred to G2 Esports in late 2020. In 2022, he competed in the French regional league with Karmine Corp, winning an EMEA Masters title. He subsequently returned to Fnatic in 2023, where he reached his 500th LEC game and transitioned his playing role from AD Carry to Support.

In late 2023, Larsson joined T1 Esports Academy, becoming a rare Western player to enter the South Korean regional system. He served as an unused substitute for T1's main roster during their victory at the 2024 World Championship. Late in 2024, he joined the creator-led roster Los Ratones. With Los Ratones, he won three consecutive Northern League of Legends Championship (NLC) titles and two EMEA Masters tournaments, before briefly competing in the 2026 LEC Versus event and moving to Witchcraft.

Larsson is recognized as the first player to reach both 1,000 and 2,000 kills in the LEC, and holds the record for the most pentakills by a European player with ten. Throughout his career, he has captured two Rift Rivals trophies, three EMEA Masters titles, three NLC titles, and featured in eight major international tournaments.
