Sabrina Sato

Sabrina Sato Rahal, born on February 4, 1981, is a Brazilian television presenter. She first gained national media attention as a contestant on the reality show Big Brother Brasil 3 in 2003. She subsequently built a prominent career in broadcasting, serving as a long-term presenter on the comedy program Pânico na TV from 2004 to 2013, before hosting her own program, Programa da Sabrina, on RecordTV from 2014 to 2019.

Sato was born and raised in Penápolis, in the interior of São Paulo. Her father, Omar Rahal, is a businessman of Lebanese and Swiss descent, and her mother, Kika Sato Rahal, is a psychologist of Japanese descent. She grew up as the middle child alongside her siblings, Karina and Karin. Aiming to become an actress from a young age, Sato took local theater and classical ballet classes before moving to São Paulo at age sixteen to advance her studies in dance, cinema, and theater. At eighteen, she moved to Rio de Janeiro after passing the entrance exam to study dance at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Her career on television began in 2000 as a dancer on TV Globo's Domingão do Faustão, followed by an appearance in the telenovela Porto dos Milagres in 2001. In 2003, she competed in Big Brother Brasil 3, where she was eliminated in the eighth week. Following her reality show appearance, she posed for the cover of Playboy magazine in May 2003 and was hired by the comedy group Pânico, appearing on Pânico na TV on RedeTV! and later Pânico na Band on Rede Bandeirantes. In 2006, she also released the song "É Verdade."

In December 2013, Sato signed with RecordTV, where she premiered as the host of Programa da Sabrina in April 2014. She hosted the prime-time show until March 2019. She later presented several other reality programs, including Made In Japan, Game dos Clones, and Ilha Record, and played the character Divina in the Netflix series Reality Z. Sato officially departed RecordTV in March 2022 to join Globo Group, where she presented the GNT talk show Saia Justa and became a judge on TV Globo's The Masked Singer Brasil.

Sato is also active in Brazilian Carnival. She made her debut in 2004 as a muse for the São Paulo samba school Gaviões da Fiel, later becoming the school's drum queen in 2018. In Rio de Janeiro, she served as a muse for Acadêmicos do Salgueiro and held positions as drum queen for Unidos de Vila Isabel.

In her personal life, Sato openly manages attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). She has been in relationships with figures including Dhomini, Carlos Alberto da Silva, Ernani Nunes, Fábio Faria, and João Vicente de Castro. She began dating actor Duda Nagle in 2016, and the couple had a daughter, Zoe, in November 2018 before announcing their separation in March 2023. In February 2024, Sato began dating actor and singer Nicolas Prattes.
