Molly Yeh

Molly Yeh is an American cookbook author, food blogger, and television personality. She is best known as the host of the Food Network culinary series Girl Meets Farm, which premiered in 2018. Raised in Glenview, Illinois, she studied percussion at the Juilliard School in New York City before relocating to a sugar beet farm near the Minnesota–North Dakota border with her husband. Her cooking regularly blends her Chinese and Jewish heritage with traditional Midwestern cuisine.

Yeh began her food and lifestyle blog, My Name Is Yeh, in 2009. The site gained wide popularity for its personal essays and food photography, earning Saveur magazine's Food Blog of the Year award in 2015. In 2016, she published her debut memoir and cookbook, Molly on the Range: Recipes and Stories from an Unlikely Life on a Farm, which won an International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) award. She subsequently authored additional books, including Home Is Where the Eggs Are and Sweet Farm!.

Beyond her television hosting duties and publishing career, Yeh has received nominations for a Daytime Emmy Award and a James Beard Foundation Media Award. She has also expanded into business and retail ventures, including co-owning Bernie's, a restaurant and bakery in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, and launching product lines.
