Leila Goldkuhl

Leila Marie Goldkuhl Masterson is an American fashion model who first gained public recognition as a contestant on the nineteenth cycle of the reality competition series America's Next Top Model. Following her appearance on the television series, she established a professional modeling career, appearing on international fashion runways and in global advertising campaigns.

Goldkuhl was born on December 30, 1991, in Framingham, Massachusetts. As a teenager, she attended Framingham High School, where she played basketball, volleyball, and lacrosse. After graduating in 2010, she initially attended Salem State University to study marine biology. She later transferred to the University of Rhode Island to study textiles, fashion merchandising, and design before deciding to pursue modeling.

Goldkuhl made her first attempt to join America's Next Top Model during casting for cycle 15, auditioning in New York and reaching the top 32 on Tyra.com, though she was not chosen to proceed further. In 2012, she was selected for cycle 19 and made the final cast of thirteen contestants. Although eliminated in the fifth week, she rejoined the competition in week nine after receiving the highest public vote score among eliminated contestants, ultimately becoming the last contestant eliminated overall.

In 2013, Goldkuhl signed with Next Model Management in Los Angeles and worked in Australia and South Korea before gaining worldwide representation with the agency. She made her runway debut in September 2015 as a worldwide exclusive for Givenchy during the Spring/Summer 2016 season and was subsequently featured in the brand's campaign for that season.

Goldkuhl has walked in Fashion Week shows in New York, London, Milan, and Paris for designers including Alexander McQueen, Balmain, Chanel, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, Elie Saab, Hermès, Jean Paul Gaultier, Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, Prada, Valentino, Vera Wang, and Versace. She has also appeared in advertising campaigns for brands such as Tom Ford, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Zara, Urban Outfitters, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Nordstrom.

Her editorial appearances include features in Harper's Bazaar, Marie Claire, Numéro, Oyster, Russh, V, W, and the American, Italian, Korean, German, Australian, and Mexican editions of Vogue. In October 2015, Cosmopolitan named her one of the most successful contestants from the Top Model franchise, and in 2018, Models.com ranked her among the top 50 working models in the fashion industry.

Goldkuhl married photographer Robbie Masterson on October 14, 2017. The couple has three children.
