Kat Mon Dieu

Kat Mon Dieu is an American model, actress, burlesque dancer, costume designer, and singer based in New York City. Known for her versatility in performance art, she has built a reputation across the regional arts scene for her character modeling, tribute performances, and immersive theatrical roles. She is particularly recognized for her portrayals of classic Hollywood figures, including Marilyn Monroe, as well as distinct pop culture archetypes.

In live theater, Mon Dieu has appeared in several notable immersive theatrical productions in New York City. She portrayed historical figures Anna Held, Marion Davies, and Billie Burke in the off-Broadway production "Ziegfeld Midnight Frolic" at the Liberty Theater in 2015. In addition, she originated the role of Baroness Marie-Helene de Rothschild in the immersive experience "The Illuminati Ball," where she also designed and crafted over sixty handcrafted masks for actors and attendees. Her theater repertoire further includes a long-running multi-year role in the immersive production "The Bloody Beginning."

As a model and visual artist, Mon Dieu has frequently collaborated with live-drawing institutions, acting as a model and occasional host for Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art School in New York. Her modeling portfolio includes appearing as Marilyn Monroe in author Dakota Kim's "Bombshell Cookbook," as well as features in independent short films and music videos. As a show producer, she created and hosted thematic variety events such as "Cabaret Exotica" and "Dark Carnival Burlesque" at various venues across New York City.
